Hospital Design & Planning

Architecture (including MEP, HVAC , Interiors, Landscaping)

1. Furnish a site and associated infrastructure evaluation and analysis report
2. End to end planning and design including:

• • Master planning
  • Conceptual design
  • Schematic design
  • Detailed design
  • Working/construction drawings

3. BoQs and cost estimates for construction assistance in selection of contractor
4. Visit the site of work and provide periodic supervision as and when necessary
5. On completion of the work, prepare and submit set of as built drawing of the buildings and services
